Job summary

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery to provide patient- and family-centered care across neonatal to geriatric populations, applying evidence-based standards to ensure safety and quality. This role emphasizes clinical assessment, planning and collaborative teamwork.

Active Florida RN license is required with 7 months of Labor & Delivery experience; ADN acceptable with BSN progression. BLS/ACLS are mandatory; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Seven months of RN experience in Labor & Delivery.
• ADN with BSN preferred; RN with ADN has 3 years to complete BSN.
• BLS and ACLS required; certification in area of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient- and family-centered care using evidence-based standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for all age groups in the unit.
• Demonstrate professional accountability, leadership and teamwork in the unit.
