Redeemer Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across hospital settings, including patient advocacy and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The RN must perform the nursing process with professional standards and support staff in all departments.

The role requires PA RN licensure, BSN within 3 years of hire, and certifications such as BLS and ACLS; PALS and fetal monitoring are preferred, with ongoing stroke education for telemetry and ED staff.

Formación

• RN license in PA required or active and in good standing.
• BSN degree completed or attained within 3 years of hire.
• Basic IV skills and patient assessment expertise.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS for specialty areas within 6 months.
• Proficiency in neonatal/pediatric emergency certifications (PALS for ED, PACU).
• Fetal monitoring skills preferred; ongoing stroke education required.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate, assess, plan, educate, and provide comprehensive nursing care.
• Communicate with multidisciplinary team about patient changes or responses to treatment.
• Supervise staff and act as patient advocate during hospital stay.
• Support orientation and development of new nurses and staff.

Educación
