Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN standard).
• RN licensure in Washington state (RCW) or licensure via Multistate Compact.
• Basic computer skills related to Windows navigation, email communication and password management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care using the nursing process and unit standards of practice.
• Accurately collect patient information and perform holistic assessments.
• Develop and reassess each patient’s plan of care and document care provided.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families with timely health information and resources.
• Maintain CPR certification and adhere to hospital policies.
