Qualifications

• New graduate RNs may be referred to the RN Residency Program.
• National certification in clinical specialty preferred.
• Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Document accurately in the EMR and comply with standards.
• Participate in governance, quality initiatives and discharge planning.
• Mentor and support less experienced staff as appropriate.
• Uphold patient safety and customer service standards.
