Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of Labor and Delivery/OB experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork with health care staff.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and standard L&D equipment.

Responsabilités

• Assess and plan care for laboring mothers with obstetric team.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, fetal heart rates, and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and epidurals as prescribed.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families.
• Document status and treatment outcomes per guidelines.
