Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a Registered Nurse for mostly night shifts in Montana. You will perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions, assess and plan patient care, and ensure documentation aligns with hospital and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires an active RN license in the state of practice, BLS, and unit-specific ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate. Some departments may require float during shifts to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) is required.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit or service.

Responsibilities

• Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with state standards.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care.
• Documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
• Promotes mission, vision, and values of the health system.
• May float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications.
