Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; Technical in Nursing required.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
• Basic proficiency in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Adequate verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
• Basic competency in documenting patient information accurately.
• Basic flexibility to adapt to changes in patient conditions and unit priorities.
• Provides compassionate support to patients and families, ensuring positive environment in the hospital.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience, particularly in an acute care setting preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the hospital setting.
• Communicate changes in patient’s clinical condition to physicians and the care team.
• Delegate duties appropriately and direct staff in the delivery of care.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
