Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program; active RN license
• 1+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or related field preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to work with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team
• Proficiency with EHR systems and standard L&D equipment

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring patients with obstetric team
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, fetal heart rates; intervene as needed
• Administer medications and treatments including epidurals and IV fluids
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families
• Document patient status and outcomes per guidelines
