Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin, IL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor and Delivery on a full-time night schedule. The role covers three 12-hour night shifts per week with every third weekend, holiday rotation, and on-call requirements. Labor & Delivery experience is preferred.

You will join a dedicated team caring for mothers, newborns and families, delivering safe, compassionate care according to standards and nursing processes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical judgment to ensure the best patient experience across the continuum.
