Job summary

Froedtert Health in West Bend, WI is seeking a Staff RN-Inpatient for an on-site night shift. This 0.9 FTE role requires a Wisconsin RN license (or multi-state NLC), BLS, NRP within 12–18 months, and Fetal Monitoring certification within 18 months. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adults, collaborating with the care team. BSN preferred; if not held, enrollment is expected within 15 months with completion within 5 years.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license (NLC) required.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers within 90 days of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within one year of hire.
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification required within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an inpatient adult population.
• Deliver competent care in an inpatient setting and collaborate with the care team.
• Adhere to ANA Standards of Practice and participate in ongoing professional development.
