Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a registered nurse to contribute to patient-centered care across the continuum. You will use the nursing process, monitor patients, adjust plans, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

You will document in the EHR, follow safety protocols, participate in quality initiatives, potentially float to other units, and support patients and families through education and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Communicates with patients and families to engage them through the continuum of care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the care team.
• Adheres to a culture of safety and follows clinical protocols.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation.

• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence care outcomes.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and according to clinical protocols and procedures.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Pursues professional development and maintains certifications.
