Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• RN license (Registered Nurse).
• BLS certification (within 6 months if not already obtained).
• ACLS/PALS within 6 months or as directed by manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, professional nursing care to acute care patients.
• Develop and execute patient-centered plans of care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Administer medications following the five rights of medication administration.
• Provide wound care and dressing changes; document care accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians on treatment decisions and care plans.
