Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse IHA for Labor and Delivery to provide safe, compassionate patient care using the nursing process. The RN will demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking in a fast-paced obstetric setting.

The role requires an active Arkansas RN license, a BSN is preferred, CPR certification, and completion of unit orientation. Specialty education will be provided as needed to support unit-specific needs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Specialty unit education provided.
• CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training may be required.
• Unit orientation completed prior to assignment.
