Qualifications

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or RN in good standing licensed to practice in Arkansas; BSN preferred.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care and collaborates as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
• Healthcare CPR required; some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and administer care within the scope of training and expertise.
• Provide nursing care to women before, during, and after birth; assist physicians with cesarean sections.
• Assess patients and develop a care plan addressing physical, psychological, educational, sociocultural, and spiritual needs.
