Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care according to medical regimen and unit standards.
• Performs assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Documents nursing care and coordinates with physicians and staff.
• Delivers patient education and discharge planning.
• Maintains patient safety and participates in continuous quality improvement.
