Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care at St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT. The RN will lead an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure evidence-based practices are followed.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in good standing, BSN within four years if less than 12 months experience, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start date.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required as of 4/27/2025.
• Education must be obtained from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients and gather information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family involvement, and education.
• Coordinate and delegate care with interdisciplinary team to implement the plan of care.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise the plan as needed.
• Maintain documentation, uphold licensure requirements, and promote safety and ethical practice.
