Job summary

Trinity Health System is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while educating patients and families and coordinating discharge planning.

Current Ohio RN licensure and BLS certification are required. Prior psychiatric and medical-surgical experience is preferred, and CPI training is a plus. This role emphasizes teamwork with ancillary staff and other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Possesses current Ohio licensure with BLS Provider certification.
• Previous psychiatric nursing and med/surg experience preferred; CPI training.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Educates patients and families; participates in inpatient/family teaching and discharge planning.
• Works cooperatively with nursing personnel and other departments to deliver quality care.
