Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing before hire
• STABLE certification preferred
• Neonatal Resuscitation certification preferred (AAP)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to policies and protocols.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition to the team.
• Coordinate well‑coordinated patient care across disciplines.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders; support discharge planning.
