Job summary
Jobot is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a full-time days shift in Porterville, CA. This on-site, permanent role offers an opportunity to care for mothers and newborns in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
The ideal candidate will hold an active CA RN license, BLS certification, and have at least 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience. Proficiency with EMR and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care per established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition using EMR.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for laboring mothers.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures as needed.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum and infant care and potential complications.
