Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery or related field preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration with physicians and healthcare team.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and standard L&D equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetricians and other providers.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments including epidurals and IV fluids.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families during labor and delivery.
• Document and report patient status and outcomes per guidelines.
