• RN with labor & delivery experience.
• Strong clinical assessment of maternal and fetal status.
• Proficient in interpreting electronic fetal monitoring.
• Ability to respond quickly in high-acuity, rapidly changing situations.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork and professionalism in collaborative care.

Responsabilités

• Manage laboring patients and coordinate nursing care throughout the labor process.
• Perform maternal and fetal assessments and interpret electronic fetal monitoring.
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
• Support vaginal and cesarean births and assist with clinical care as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications and support epidural therapies.
• Educate patients and families on labor, pain management, and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and anesthesiology teams to deliver safe, compassionate care.
