Job summary

You will collaborate with care teams to ensure patient safety, support family education, and uphold patient-centered care within our community-focused hospitals.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associates Degree required.
• Minimum one year of experience as a professional RN; new graduates referred to RN Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates basic assessment skills.
• Demonstrates the 5 rights of medication administration.
• Manages care for basic patient assignment; progresses to care for more complex patients.
• Documents nursing process in the electronic medical record and follows all policies.
