St. Davids North Austin Medical Center in Austin, TX seeks a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate and provide patient care for all assigned patients. You will conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide family-centered teaching, and facilitate discharge planning.

1 year of RN experience is required; ADN is required with BSN preferred. Texas RN license or Compact with 90-day license requirement is needed.

Formación

• 1 year of clinical nursing experience as an RN.
• Current State of Texas RN license or Compact License (Texas license within 90 days if Compact).
• BLS certification required; ACLS/ALS and NRP certifications per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and provide patient care for all assigned patients in L&D.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications accurately and document diligently.
• Facilitate discharge planning and family-centered teaching.

Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN)

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – preferred
