Job summary

Bradley Medical Center in Cleveland, TN seeks an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide direct care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery and postpartum recovery. You will monitor fetal heart rates, maternal vitals, assist with labor progression, and support vaginal or cesarean deliveries.

Responsibilities include administering meds, managing pain relief, newborn assessments, breastfeeding support and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience.
• Must be willing to work all areas of Women's Services.
• Preferred experience in Mother-Baby, NICU, and Labor and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vitals.
• Assist with labor progression and vaginal/cesarean deliveries.
• Administer medications and manage pain relief options.
• Educate new parents on postpartum care and breastfeeding.
• Collaborate with OB physicians and midwives on each shift.
