Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for an acute care hospital in Moses Lake, WA. This travel assignment starts ASAP and runs for 13 weeks with a 12-hour shift pattern (days or nights).

You will provide care through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum, ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in L&D, WA RN licensure or compact eligibility, and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP; fetal monitoring

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience in an acute care hospital.
• Active Washington RN license or Compact License eligible.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• ACLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• NRP certification.
• Fetal monitoring certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for mothers and newborns during all stages of labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart rates, contractions, and maternal vital signs.
• Administer medications and IV fluids per physician orders.
• Assist in vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.
• Support and educate patients and families throughout the childbirth process.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to hospital policies and safety protocols.

Position Overview
