Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with BSN required.
• Minimum one-year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care nursing; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in cardiovascular assessment and understanding of anatomy/physiology.

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and directs nursing staff for safe, optimal outcomes.
