Incredible Health is actively hiring a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in Cypress, TX. Night shift opportunities are available across full-time, part-time and per diem roles.

This role requires ADN or higher, active RN license, and 1+ year L&D experience. BLS and ACLS are required; strong teamwork and EHR proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program.
• Active RN license.
• 1+ years of Labor and Delivery or related experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and lab/medical equipment pertinent to L&D.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetric teams.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments including epidurals and IV fluids.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families throughout labor and delivery.
• Document patient status and treatment outcomes per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or a related field preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard medical equipment pertinent to Labor & Delivery

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for laboring mothers, working closely with obstetricians and other healthcare providers
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates, making timely interventions as necessary
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including epidurals and intravenous fluids
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and their families throughout the labor and delivery process
• Document and report patient status, changes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines
