Qualifications

• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas.
• RN with BSN preferred or must enroll in BSN within two years and complete within five years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate delivery of patient care for a defined group of patients during hospitalization.
• Staff and manage patient care 24 hours a day in assigned units.
• Promote professional nursing practice and optimize use of resources to meet patient needs.
