Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks an obstetric RN to provide compassionate care across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages. You will monitor fetal and maternal status, respond to emergencies, and assist with deliveries as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess patients, administer medications, coordinate with obstetric and neonatal teams, and support breastfeeding and maternal-newborn bonding while contributing to safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
• Proficiency with healthcare technology and protocol-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor vital signs, fetal status, and labor progression.
• Assist with deliveries and manage obstetric emergencies.
• Administer medications and implement evidence-based clinical protocols.
• Coordinate care with obstetric, anesthesia, and neonatal teams.
• Support breastfeeding, provide patient education, and promote maternal-newborn bonding.
• Contribute to quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
