Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG/AOBOG).
• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency.
• Unrestricted New Jersey medical license, DEA and New Jersey CDS registration or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical direction and attending oversight for Labor & Delivery.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on maternal and newborn outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based patient safety practices and safety bundles.
• Lead peer review, case review, and safety event analyses across obstetric services.
• Maintain an active OB/GYN clinical practice.
