Job Description
  • Join our dynamic team as a Labor Compliance Specialist where you will play an integral role in managing certified payroll records and ensuring subcontractor compliance.
  • This position offers the opportunity to work remotely in a growing company with years of backlog.
Responsibilities
  • Review Certified Payroll Records weekly and assess subcontractor submissions in the labor compliance platform.
  • Evaluate each Certified Payroll Report for compliance, notify subcontractors of deficiencies, and recommend withholding payment for non-compliance.
  • Manage subcontractor setup in the labor compliance platform, issuing welcome packets and ensuring major scope subcontractors are assigned to projects.
  • Assist in drafting site-specific Project Determination Summaries and identify wage tables for creation or updates.
  • Coordinate creation of wage tables and assignment to projects, and assist in adding new users to the compliance platform.
  • Oversee the general email inbox for labor compliance, responding to inquiries and assigning emails to appropriate team members.
  • Act as a liaison between third-party consultants, subcontractors, and the Labor Compliance Team.
  • Maintain a subcontractor compliance log for tracking labor compliance and invoice approval eligibility.
  • Resolve certified payroll reporting inquiries from internal and external clients.
  • Assist with external certified payroll audits and third-party requests.
  • Attend compliance meetings and specialized trainings related to IRA Bill compliance, DOL payroll training, and apprenticeship requirements.
  • Understand contractual obligations to effectively audit incoming certified payroll documents.
  • Provide monthly compliance summaries for project validation of third-party consultant invoices prior to approval.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in LCP Tracker.
  • Experience with certified payroll.
  • 2+ years of experience in labor compliance, preferably as a Prime Contractor Administrator.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in reviewing certified payroll and managing prevailing wage compliance processes.
Work Environment
  • This position is fully remote, operating on Eastern Standard Time, within a rapidly growing company.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
