Position Overview

This role involves performing grounds maintenance activities such as grass cutting, edging, trimming, pruning, and supporting landscaping efforts. You will support our mission to change lives through the power of work.

Responsibilities

1. Cut grass using various mowers according to requirements.
2. Remove debris and trash from work sites.
3. Operate trimmers and blowers for maintenance and cleaning.
4. Trim hedges, shrubs, and edge surfaces.
5. Assist in maintaining landscaped areas, including mulching and weeding.
6. Maintain fences and clear growth along fence lines.
7. Clean and maintain tools and equipment, perform basic repairs.
8. Assess and repair irrigation systems.
9. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate safety gear.
10. Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• At least 6 months of experience in grounds maintenance or similar work.
• Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is preferred.
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
• For driving roles, maintain valid insurance and license, and be able to travel if needed.
