Job summary

Innovative Cleaning Services, LLC. is seeking laborers to perform cleaning tasks on construction sites, assist skilled craftspeople, and support site operations with debris removal and material handling.

Responsibilities vary daily and may include reading construction plans, loading materials, and operating tools to aid on-site crews.

• Responsible for basic cleaning in residences or office buildings
• Cleans floors and rooms: dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass
• Cleans restrooms: restocking dispensers, trash, sanitizing fixtures, mirrors, doors, walls, tile floors, toilets and urinals
• Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners
• Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas
• Transports dirty linens to correct area and restocks areas with clean linens
• Assists other departments to ensure optimum service to guests
• Performs additional duties as needed

Job description

Laborers, specifically those on construction sites, will perform physical tasks such as cleaning, removing debris, loading and unloading materials, assembling and disassembling temporary structures, digging trenches, compacting earth, reading and following construction plans and blueprints and assisting skilled craftspeople with their duties. The job of a laborer vary, changing from day to day. They perform a variety of duties involving tool use, lifting, carrying and managing equipment and machinery to provide support and aid to the skilled craftspeople on-site.

Cleaner Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings
• Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals
• Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners
• Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas
• Transports dirty linens to correct area to be cleaned and restocks areas with clean linens
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
• Performs additional duties as needed
