6AM City, LLC is hiring for a in-person construction cleaning and general labor role. You will perform site cleaning, assist with material movement, and support tradespeople to maintain safe, organized worksites.

Training will be provided, and opportunities for advancement are available as you gain skills in the construction industry. This is a hands-on position for motivated individuals who value safety, teamwork, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
• Prior experience in construction cleaning or general labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including debris removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with basic labor tasks such as moving materials, setting up equipment, and supporting tradespeople as needed
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during cleaning and labor activities to prevent accidents or injuries
• Use appropriate tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks
• Support site cleanup at the end of each workday to prepare for inspections or project milestones
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution
