Our San Francisco based law firm client, a full-service business law firm, is looking for a mid-level Employment Litigation Attorney to help grow its employment practice. The firm is known for practical, efficient counsel tailored to each client's needs, and its values of trust, responsiveness, and sound legal advice have earned it strong, long-term client relationships. This hybrid position offers direct client contact and a real role in building the practice.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will have 3+ years of employment litigation experience at a law firm and the ability to run multiple matters independently. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with three days a week in the San Francisco office and some flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Handle employment litigation from start to finish, including single-plaintiff, class action, and PAGA matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, dispositive briefs, and discovery, and shape strategy with clients
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks
• Advise clients on hiring, discipline, terminations, and workplace investigations
• Participate in and facilitate client meetings, negotiations, and trainings
• 1850 billable hour requirement

Pay range and compensation package:

The compensation range for this position is between $175,000 and $230,000, based on experience.
