Qualifications

• Active RN license in California with obstetric/neonatal endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
• ACLS certification and ability to coordinate obstetric procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based labor and delivery nursing care on-site.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and elevate concerns promptly.
• Document accurately in electronic health records and ensure standards.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to department metrics.
• Maintain a safe, compliant delivery unit and coordinate epidural procedures.
