• Monitor and assess the condition of mothers and newborns during labor and delivery
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and epidurals as prescribed
• Assist physicians and midwives during childbirth procedures
• Educate and support patients and families on the labor and delivery process
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with facility policies and legal requirements
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
