This role acts as a leader in patient care, utilizing the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. Responsibilities include delegating, directing, and assisting licensed and ancillary team members, ensuring quality patient outcomes, and demonstrating cultural sensitivity. The role also involves participating in activities aligned with departmental goals, maintaining professional responsibility, and supporting the company's nursing philosophy.
