Are you a strong clinical leader with a background in Labor & Delivery nursing? We're working with a well-respected non-profit hospital in New Jersey that’s seeking a Nurse Manager to lead their growing L&D team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager or Charge RN ready to take the next step in a collaborative, mission-driven environment that prioritizes patient outcomes, team development, and compassionate care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in NJ (or eligibility to obtain)
• BSN required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Leadership background (Charge RN, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Nurse Manager)
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative leadership style
