The role emphasizes accurate fetal monitoring interpretation, timely medication administration, and hands-on support during vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, while educating families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.

Formación

• RN licensure with obstetrical and neonatal care competency.
• Ability to assess, monitor, interpret fetal monitoring, and respond to changes.
• Proficiency in medication administration, IV therapy, and aseptic practice.
• Strong communication, education, and teamwork skills.
• Reliable documentation and EMR proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN licensure with strong obstetrical and neonatal care competency.


• Ability to assess and monitor patients, interpret fetal monitoring accurately, and respond to clinical changes.


• Proficiency in medication/IV administration and aseptic, safety-focused practice.


• Strong communication, education, and teamwork skills.


• Reliable documentation skills and comfort using electronic medical records.
