Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Labor & Delivery Travel RN in Durham, North Carolina. This assignment is a Day Shift 3x12-hour role with a schedule of 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM and Nights, starting priority 09/08/2026 (09/21/2026 may be considered).

Candidates must have at least 2 years in Labor & Delivery, active NC or Compact RN license, and required BLS/ACLS/NRP, plus Epic experience. We offer a competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package from Pride Health.

Job description

Position: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (Travel RN)

Start Date: Priority 09/08/2026 (09/21/2026 may also be considered)

Shift: Day Shift, 3x12 Hours

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM & Nights

PAY PACKAGE:

Hourly Pay: $72.78/hr

Breakdown

W2 - $30/hr (Taxable)

Stipends: $1540 (non-taxable)

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Previous travel experience required
• First-time travelers will not be considered

Licensure

• Active North Carolina RN License or Compact RN License
• License must be in hand at submission

Certifications Required

• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP
• AWHONN Beginner
• AWHONN Intermediate
• FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring)

Charting System

• Epic experience required

Schedule Requirements

• 3x12-hour Day Shifts
• Must have open availability
• Every other weekend required
• Maximum 5-7 days RTO allowed and must be included at submission

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
