Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Labor & Delivery/Postpartum.
• BLS, ACLS, EFM, and NRP certifications required.
• Experienced candidates only; no first-time travelers.

Responsibilities

• Support labor and delivery processes alongside medical staff.
• Provide care for postpartum patients and newborns.
• Orient new staff and assist in departmental needs.

Pride Health is hiring a RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D) / Postpartum to support our client’s medical facility based in Cornelius, North Carolina, 28031 . This contract opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years L&D/Postpartum experience

Floating: Required within region facilities

Orientation: 2 days departmental + facility orientation

Technology: EMR - EPIC, IV Pump - Alaris, Med Dispensing - Omnicell, Monitors - Phillips, GE monitors, OBIX central monitoring

Candidate Profile Notes

Must have BLS, ACLS, EFM, NRP certifications

Experience with newborn care, c-sections, postpartum care, lactation support, newborn resuscitation

No first-time travelers accepted (experienced only)

Scrub color navy blue or business casual off-shift

Free parking provided

Additional Information:

Job Type: Contract

Schedule: Shift: 4x12 Nights (12 hrs) // Optional available for 36hrs/week

Pay Range: $58/hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
