Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a GLS labeling expert to lead the GLS3 and GLS4 platforms across labeling design and production. You will develop instructions, support system requirements, and deliver training while coordinating with global teams in a regulated production environment.

The role focuses on ensuring robust labeling workflows, system testing, and process improvements to support compliance and product quality across labeling operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the medical device industry or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with labeling software applications such as PRISYM 360, NiceLabel or Loftware.
• Knowledge of graphic processing and label artwork workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations.
• Experience working with quality systems and basic operational or quality metrics.
• Experience providing technical support or training and communicating technical information to cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical subject-matter expert for GLS3 and GLS4 across labeling design and production operations.
• Develop, maintain and own GLS4 work instructions, standard processes and supporting documentation.
• Provide input into GLS4 business and system requirements to support labeling design and production needs.
• Support GLS4 system testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), issue documentation, retesting and implementation readiness.
• Develop and deliver training materials and resources to support effective adoption and use of GLS4.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GLS3 and GLS4 users across design and production environments.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvements, standardize labeling workflows and support successful system implementation.
