Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Labeling Software Business SME with deep expertise in Loftware and global labeling systems to support a short-term strategic initiative. This role will lead a gap assessment of the current labeling system and provide ongoing business process advisory as we evaluate and implement a new labeling platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Gap Assessment & Current State Review:

• Evaluate the current labeling system (GLS), including associated documentation and control processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies and gaps in workflows without altering formal documentation.
• Assess labeling document ownership and provide recommendations for streamlining accountability.
• Deliver actionable process improvement recommendations to support scalability and compliance.

Advisory Support & Strategic Guidance:

• Advise on vendor selection and implementation planning for the new labeling system.
• Guide the migration strategy for transferring labels from GLS to Loftware (or other selected system).
• Align labeling system strategies with broader enterprise IT and compliance frameworks.
• Provide subject matter expertise on vendor accountability, risk mitigation, and long-term system sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of labeling systems, including Loftware and global labeling standards.
• Proven experience with system assessments, process optimization, and enterprise-level implementations.
• Familiarity with GxP compliance, document control, and labeling governance in regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to operate independently and drive results in a cross-functional environment.
