Job summary

AirLife in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Labeling Specialist to lead labeling projects and ensure regulatory compliance. You will manage labeling updates, DCRs, and coordinate changes with manufacturing plants while collaborating with Regulatory, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of labeling experience in a regulated environment and proficiency with labeling software.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years labeling experience, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of labeling standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create/update product labeling using labeling software (Bartender, Loftware).
• Lead labeling projects, including day-to-day updates and compliance tasks.
• Issue and manage labeling change requests (DCRs) within the eQMS.
• Coordinate label changes with manufacturing plants and suppliers.
• Communicate project timelines, risks, and status to stakeholders.
