Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Graphics & Product Label Specialist 3 (Finance) to join the Product Labeling Design and Development team.

You will hands‑on create, update, and manage label content and artwork across the full lifecycle of Intuitive products, collaborating with R&D, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure compliant, accurate labeling. The role requires independent execution of minor updates, with opportunities to participate in larger design changes and label

Qualifications

• BS degree in science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4+ years product labeling and project management experience in medical device or other regulated industry preferred.
• Experience using graphic design, XML based authoring tools, labeling or printing solution software.
• Experience with a label design software (i.e. EasyLabel, NiceLabel, BarTender or Prisym) is required.
• Experience utilizing computer‑aided design equipment and graphic tools such as, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign, and other related software.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/maintain various iterations of the product label content and artwork.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Quality, Marketing) for labeling content and layout.
• Execute minor content updates and version changes.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
• Support and execute major design changes with labeling PMs and engineering teams.
• Design labels in current labeling applications (GLMS, Bartender, Hybrid).
