Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make maintenance checks, schedule major repairs, overhaul equipment, and troubleshoot label line equipment.
• Provide label line adjustments to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Provide leadership to other members of the label line to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Make label line changeovers as needed.
• Tie out label unit and provide proper documentation for each label unit.
• Assist Warehouse Manager and/or Supervisor in training personnel for proper and safe line operation.
• Verify and program Can and Fiber BUIB dates in Video Jets and provide codes to inspector and depalletizer operator.
• Check setting of ADR-50 and calibrate when necessary; perform daily calibration checks and document.
• Follow safety rules and GMPs to ensure a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Seneca Foods Corporation of Montgomery, MN, a food production and distribution center located approximately 35 miles southwest of the Twin Cities metro, currently has an opening for full-time Labeling Mechanic for the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

• Make maintenance checks, schedule major repairs, overhaul equipment, and trouble shoot all label line equipment to insure production and quality standards are met.
• Provide label line adjustments to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Provide leadership to other members of the label line to achieve maximum efficiency.

Starting wage range based on skills, abilities and experience from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
