Responsibilities

• Perform desktop publishing and artwork generation for packaging and labeling materials using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and maintain data and formats within the GLS.
• Support Acquisition product development teams by developing Instructions for Use content for newly acquired product lines.
• Coordinate translations for packaging and literature through translation vendors. Manage content changes to protect schedule and consistency, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Create and update packaging components based on existing formats and designs. Maintain graphics filing systems, both paper-based and electronic.
• Apply regulatory and quality system expertise to ensure deliverables are fully compliant and error-free.
• Support review and Change Request activities for the approval and release of materials. Communicate with outside vendors on artwork and proofing.
• Monitor and address issues that could impact schedule or quality. Recommend process improvements and build quality into all aspects of the role.
