Job summary

Igloo Products Corp is seeking a Clerk – Label Room to determine, prepare, and print all critical labels in-house. You will ensure labels meet production needs and are available on time, working within a busy manufacturing setting.

The role requires coordination with multiple departments, usage of Loft-Ware and Oracle systems, and maintaining inventory of labels and ribbons. Strong organizational skills and English proficiency are essential; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• English language skills: read, speak, write and comprehend.
• Basic mathematical calculations ability.
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds multiple times in an 8-hour shift.
• Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform quality work accurately and meet deadlines.
• Team collaboration and professional interaction.

Responsibilities

• Determine label requirements for multiple departments based on production schedules.
• Print UPCs, case codes, pallet labels, and import stickers using Loft-Ware.
• Generate and maintain reports in the Oracle reporting system for label needs.
• Print work orders through the Oracle system as required.
• Coordinate with Production Schedulers to fulfill label requirements.
• Maintain inventory levels of labels and ribbons to support production.
• Work effectively in a high-traffic, noisy manufacturing environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
