Job summary

Staffing Synergies Inc. in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Label Room Clerk for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 4:00 PM–12:30 AM) to print, verify, and issue accurate product labels on production lines in line with GMP standards.

You will manage label inventory, perform monthly audits with the Warehouse Management System, and help keep the label room secure while supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Generate & Verify Labels: Print, verify, and issue accurate product/barcode labels to production lines based on customer specifications and GMP standards.
• Manage Inventory: Track, count, and adjust label stock using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and perform monthly inventory audits.
• Maintain Security & Quality: Keep the label room secure, ensure labeling precision, and report any discrepancies promptly to Quality Control.
• Support the Team: Collaborate with Production, IT, and Quality teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and reliable operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office software.
• Key Traits: High attention to detail, reliability, good time management, and strong organizational skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 20 lbs.
